Hortons Camping Resort is a privately-owned family campground in the midst of the
Cape Cod National Seashore. Our 40 acres of unspoiled countryside in North Truro features
a variety of open and wooded sites, including many prime campsites with breathtaking
panoramic views of Cape Cod Bay, Highland Lighthouse and nearby Provincetown. Your
vacation at Hortons will locate you as close as you can get to superb beaches,
picturesque dunes, boating, fishing and bathing ... the perfect spot for rest and
relaxation. Although parking permits are required for all town and National Park beaches,
you may easily walk or bike to Coast Guard Beach (shown above)
just one
mile away!

Travel Directions

From
the Sagamore or Bourne Bridge: Take Route 6 to the Orleans Rotary [approx. 35 miles from the
Sagamore Bridge.] Continue on Route 6 to the Town of Truro [about 13 miles.] Approx 4½
miles past the Truro-Wellfleet town line you will see the Truro Central School on the
right. Turn right after the school at the blue & white Camping sign onto South
Highland Road. The campground entrance is one mile down on the right after the
red barn [our office & store.] Please do not block the handicapped Parking Zone at the
office.
